Qualifications

• Experience with infrastructure projects across Windows Server, Linux, and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of server builds, migrations, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.
• Experience with ITSM, CMDB, and infrastructure tools like ServiceNow and CyberArk.
• Ability to support implementation planning and risk tracking.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based change and governance processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute infrastructure project tasks across Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux, cloud, and virtualized environments.
• Translate project requirements and technical designs into actionable execution steps.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies for project milestones.
• Use ServiceNow CMDB for asset management and project tracking.
• Support project readiness activities and stakeholder signoff.
• Participate in migration waves and cutover events.
• Track execution status, risks, and issues during project delivery.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve implementation issues.
• Support project-related change requests and documentation.
• Identify and communicate project execution risks and readiness issues.
• Validate project activities align with security and compliance requirements.
• Perform technical execution tasks related to server builds and migrations.
• Validate implementation outcomes through testing and stakeholder confirmation.
• Use privileged access methods for project activities.
• Prepare infrastructure deliverables for operational transition.
• Coordinate project handoffs with support teams.
• Support disaster recovery and resiliency testing.
• Maintain key project documentation and report status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams for project execution.
