• 10 years of experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, automation, and tool integration, with at least one successful experience as a Tech Lead.
• Fluent in French (C2), professional English (B2-C1).
• Advanced operational mastery of GitLab CI.
• Practical experience with Jenkins.
• Significant experience in end-to-end automated pipeline implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of quality gates, promotion strategies, and branching models.
• Strong understanding of Cloud environments and Kubernetes platforms, ideally OpenShift.
• SRE culture: observability, reliability, performance, monitoring.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
• Ability to lead, guide, and technically challenge a team without hierarchical links.
• Excellent communication, teaching skills, and service orientation.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (Dev, SRE, Architecture, SecOps).
• Global vision, architectural sense, and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical reference for the DevSecOps team and stakeholders.
• Participate in building a state-of-the-art CI/CD pipeline on GitLab.
• Propose continuous improvement initiatives for CI/CD pipelines.
• Guide and upskill DevSecOps engineers.
• Define and promote best practices for CI/CD, GitOps, SRE, and automation.
• Design and maintain fully automated CI/CD toolchains across various technical environments.
• Establish robust quality gates for controlled promotion between environments.
• Integrate and orchestrate third-party tools for security scans, code quality, and automated testing.
• Enhance Developer Experience through standardization, templates, onboarding, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with SRE teams to improve pipeline reliability and observability.
• Participate in CI/CD architecture and automation decisions.
• Contribute to the integration of DevSecOps tools in complex environments.
• Ensure overall technical coherence among teams and projects.
