Job summary
The Product Solutions Director leads data governance product strategy and solution development, translating stakeholder needs into secure, well-governed capabilities and responsible AI applications. The role develops roadmaps for next-generation data governance tooling and AI-for-data, advises Sales on complex client solutions and pricing, and partners with business, technology, control teams, and engineers to deliver solutions into production. The work includes agentic AI in regulated environments and enterprise data governance strategy.

Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience leading and developing solutions across multiple teams and product areas, or equivalent expertise.
- Experience facilitating sales cycles and developing and optimizing strategies and processes.
- Experience structuring complex solutions to address business and client needs.
- Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- At least 8 years of experience developing enterprise data, data governance, or AI strategy for large, complex organizations.
- At least 8 years of experience in product management, product design, engineering, data analysis, data science, or user research.
- Ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and deliver outcomes that meet those needs.
- Clear communication of technical concepts to technical and business audiences.
- Preferred: Experience designing MCP tool schemas, building MCP servers, managing tool exposure, or integrating MCP with an agent platform.
- Preferred: Experience with regulated-industry controls, model risk management, audit trails, and compliance-driven engineering.
- Preferred: Familiarity with agent security, LLM evaluation frameworks, cloud-native AI infrastructure, developer-facing platforms, and responsible AI oversight.
Responsibilities
- Advise Product Solutions teams on adopting client-facing products and capabilities.
- Develop end-to-end product solution strategies and processes.
- Partner with Sales on strategic pricing, sales training, collateral, and RFP responses.
- Collect client feedback and communicate it to Product teams.
- Develop data governance strategies and roadmaps, including governance tooling and AI-for-data capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and engineers to define use cases, requirements, and dependencies.
- Gather business requirements and guide solutions through delivery into production.
- Connect data governance capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- Coordinate with business, technology, and control stakeholders to deploy solutions responsibly.
