Job summary

The role helps project teams improve their DevSecOps maturity through audits, architecture and CI/CD assessments, and practical support for implementing tools and improvement plans. It also includes monitoring dashboards and transition deliverables, in an environment using Git, GitLab, GitOps, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Java, Python, Kibana, and Grafana.

Qualifications

• Expertise in DevSecOps and change support
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and GitOps
• Knowledge of microservices and Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
• Software and technical architecture expertise
• Monitoring and supervision skills
• Knowledge of scaled agile methods, including SAFe and Scrum
• Observability fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Audit DevSecOps practices, including Git versioning and branching, package management, architecture, and monitoring tools.
• Assess project software and technical architectures.
• Analyze CI/CD pipelines and monitoring environments.
• Develop, track, and evaluate improvement plans.
• Coach project teams and support DevSecOps tool implementation.
• Create and contribute to tracking and monitoring dashboards.
• Support knowledge transfer and service transition.
