The Expert DevOps Engineer role is centered on addressing critical operational challenges through data analytics and developing integrated solutions for geospatial intelligence. • Hold a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and 10+ years of IT systems administration or developer experience with at least 3 years as a DevOps Engineer
• 14+ years of progressive experience with DevOps and cloud deployment methodology
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies like Docker
• proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• capability in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go)
• Experience with CI/CD tools
• familiarity with infrastructure as code tools
• networking knowledge within cloud and containerized environments
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
• strong oral and written communication skills
• capable of effectively leading projects
• Obtain and maintain currency of appropriate level certification per DOD 8140

Responsibilities

• solve critical operational problems involving data analytics
• design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters
• develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or Ansible
• collaborate with development teams and imagery, FMV, and GEOINT analysis
• enforce security best practices for Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
• deploy AI/ML capabilities using various methodologies
