• Collaborate with the current provider to organize skill transfer and source code handover
• Conduct an audit of the existing system (code quality, security, dependencies)
• Migrate and structure source code on official code management platforms
• Validate compliance with group security standards
• Design and automate CI/CD pipelines
• Implement monitoring, logging, and environment management for industrial applications
