Expert IA – DevSecOps

Job summary

This role develops and evaluates agentic AI solutions and integrates them into CI/CD and DevSecOps workflows, particularly with GitLab. Responsibilities include prototyping LLM agents and RAG systems, building reusable tools and API integrations, assessing platforms such as Google Gemini, Vertex AI, Anthropic, and Mistral, and supporting adoption through documentation, training, and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of development and DevOps experience
• Strong knowledge of agentic AI concepts, including LLMs, agents, MCP, RAG, and prompting
• Experience designing and integrating AI agents, RAG solutions, and model API calls
• Strong development fundamentals and familiarity with AI-assisted code generation
• Knowledge of REST APIs and AI service integration
• Understanding of AI, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and GitLab
• Familiarity with GitLab Duo and GitLab DAP
• Knowledge of Google Gemini, Vertex AI, Antigravity, Anthropic, or Mistral
• Python development and scripting skills
• Knowledge of AWS and GCP
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift
• Knowledge of Confluence and Jira
• Experience with agile methods and team-based work
• Practical experience with agents, RAG, or MCP is an asset

Responsibilities

• Prototype agentic AI use cases involving LLMs, agents, RAG, MCP, prompting, and code generation
• Integrate AI into CI/CD and DevSecOps tools, particularly GitLab
• Create reusable AI tools and enablers for development teams
• Implement and evaluate AI platforms including Google Gemini, Vertex AI, Antigravity, Anthropic, and Mistral
• Design AI agents and assistants for development and DevOps
• Build RAG solutions and use knowledge bases
• Research and assess relevant AI solutions
• Develop scripts, integrations, and APIs
• Document AI tools and practices in Confluence for technical and nontechnical audiences
• Support teams adopting AI tools and practices
• Share knowledge and build team capability through training, demonstrations, and workshops
