Job summary

Provide technical expertise for a Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes PaaS platform, maintaining operational reliability and supporting its evolution in a Cloud Native environment. The role includes user and Level 3 production support, incident investigation, CI/CD pipeline and tooling improvements, and end-to-end technical studies and solution integration, with a focus on availability, performance, security, and industrialization.

Qualifications

• Strong production experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Level 3 support, CI/CD, and GitOps.
• Able to independently analyze incidents and lead technical studies from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the OpenShift and Kubernetes PaaS platform.
• Advise development, middleware, and operations teams on platform architecture and technical issues.
• Support platform users and diagnose deployment and runtime problems.
• Investigate and resolve complex Level 3 production incidents.
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, internal tooling, and Kubernetes templating tools.
• Conduct technical studies, proofs of concept, testing, and solution recommendations.
• Integrate technical solutions and software packages into the PaaS ecosystem.
• Maintain platform documentation, operating procedures, and technical best practices.
