Finastra is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of containerized business applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in application support or systems engineering.
• Experience troubleshooting applications in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Bash and Python for automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot Java applications and tuning.
• Strong skills in log aggregation tools like Grafana.
• Confident in navigating Linux environments and analyzing network traffic.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery environments and failovers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex runtime errors and performance bottlenecks.
• Respond to production alerts and lead root-cause analysis.
• Create change records and follow change management processes.
• Manage and validate application deployments using automated pipelines.
• Write scripts to automate health checks and recovery procedures.
• Configure application dashboards and alerts.
