Job summary

The role builds, operates, maintains, and supports a DBaaS product offering multiple database engines across data centers, using AI solutions to improve performance and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing alerts and incidents in a 24/7 service, integrating the product with CI/CD, monitoring, and alerting tools, and strengthening automation, resilience, documentation, and SLA performance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux system administration and networking
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, containers, Cloud Native, and DevOps practices
• Experience with infrastructure deployment tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
• Proficiency in CI/CD and scripting
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development techniques and tools
• Fluent written and spoken French and English
• Database technology familiarity is an advantage
• Programming language proficiency is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Operate, support, and improve the DBaaS product across multiple data centers
• Manage product alerts and incidents proactively and reactively
• Integrate the product with internal infrastructure and tools, including CI/CD, monitoring, and alerting
• Monitor and improve system performance and resource management
• Maintain service and infrastructure quality in line with internal and external SLAs
• Maintain internal team documentation and public user documentation
• Support quality assurance and certification processes
• Improve automation and product resilience
• Integrate AI assistants and tools into operational and development workflows
