Responsibilities

• Provide N2/N3 technical support for production
• Assist development teams in incident resolution
• Continuously update operational and monitoring documentation
• Suggest improvements to enhance run quality
• Analyze recurring incidents to inform product backlogs
• Manage application environments
• Maintain Java platforms on API and EDA
• Contribute to API, SOA, EDA, and Middleware infrastructure evolution
• Participate in migration of legacy APIs and Web Services
• Deploy and configure monitoring tools
• Collaborate to ensure service availability and performance
• Support automation and CI/CD initiatives
• Provide technical support for incident resolution
