Job summary
Own deployment, lifecycle management, and evolution of a multi-prem platform across commercial cloud, bare-metal, air-gapped, and regulated customer environments, keeping customer-hosted releases aligned with the continuously deployed SaaS platform. Automate deployments with Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD; maintain Kubernetes clusters and secure container build pipelines; and support incident response, upgrades, accreditation workflows, and platform architecture across classified and disconnected systems.

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Eligible for U.S. Government clearance; Secret or higher preferred
- Experience deploying and operating complex systems across multi-cloud and on-premises environments
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, container pipelines, and infrastructure automation
- Knowledge of networking, including DNS, routing, VPC design, VPNs, firewalls, and service meshes
- Proficiency with secure CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Experience maintaining Linux systems, observability stacks, and automation tooling
- Familiarity with FedRAMP, DoD SRG, or NIST 800-53
- Preferred experience deploying workloads in regulated cloud environments and maintaining classified, air-gapped, or disconnected systems
- Preferred knowledge of supply chain security, including SLSA, SBOMs, image signing, and provenance
- Experience with AI/ML or data-centric security platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with Temporal, Kafka, or distributed systems architecture is preferred
- Experience maintaining parity between SaaS and customer-hosted platform versions is preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead deployment and lifecycle management across commercial cloud, bare-metal, air-gapped, and IL4+ environments
- Automate consistent customer-site deployments using infrastructure as code
- Keep customer-hosted releases aligned with the SaaS platform
- Maintain Kubernetes clusters and container build pipelines
- Build secure, reproducible container image pipelines
- Harden deployments for regulated, classified, and air-gapped systems
- Document and version deployment patterns, templates, and procedures
- Support incident response, troubleshooting, and upgrades across platform environments
- Evolve the multi-prem reference architecture for scalability, reliability, and security parity
