Qualifications

• Professional experience in software or data engineering
• Hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL
• Understanding of data modelling and reliable data pipelines
• Ability to design maintainable solutions
• Interest in financial markets and investment data
• Fluent in English; German is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize GRIPS database schemas
• Maintain the internal GRIPS Python application
• Design and operate ETL pipelines and API-based data interfaces
• Take ownership for solution design and continuous improvement
• Modernize existing components into efficient solutions
• Collaborate with clients and analysts to translate requirements
• Apply software development best practices
• Support operational and analytical initiatives
• Implement AI-driven solutions and advanced analytics
