Job summary

Capitole Consulting is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 3 to 6 years of experience to enhance technical solutions with a focus on service orientation and platform reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience automating repetitive tasks and improving platform health
• Knowledge of Windows/IIS environments
• Experience with high availability architectures
• Familiarity with HAProxy, NFS, Disaster Recovery
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
• Interest in continuous improvement and operational excellence
• General knowledge of programming languages and technologies like Java or Angular
• Previous experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform teams
• Participation in critical incident management and postmortem analysis
• Experience in cloud environments like Azure, AWS, including deployment and troubleshooting
• Experience working with AI solutions, preferably agent-based AI
• English level B2

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for applications
• Resolve complex incidents and recurring problems
• Analyze logs, services, and scripting on Linux systems
• Operate and maintain applications and platforms
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives
• Automate repetitive operational tasks
• Collaborate closely with development teams
• Actively participate in deployments and production releases
• Manage application promotion across different environments
• Maintain and support development, QA, pre-production, and production environments
• Define and maintain environment-specific configurations
• Implement monitoring solutions and dashboards
• Document incidents, solutions, and procedures
• Apply SecOps security best practices
• Promote and support DevOps culture
