Job summary
Own full-stack engineering for a creator marketplace, building and operating production systems from design through deployment. Develop backend services and APIs for campaigns, creator matching, marketplace operations, and payments; model data, build reliable background jobs, contribute to web and mobile features, and improve infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and recovery. Use AI coding agents throughout development while ensuring software is secure, correct, and production-ready.

Qualifications
- Strong production backend engineering experience
- Excellent knowledge of SQL, relational databases, transactions, locking, and data modeling
- Experience with Docker, Linux, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD
- Understanding of queues, scheduled jobs, APIs, networking, security, and observability
- Ability to reason about concurrency, idempotency, partial failures, and recovery
- Strong debugging skills across the full system
- Startup experience or strong ownership and execution skills
- Sound product judgment and preference for avoiding unnecessary complexity
- Experience using AI coding agents to plan, implement, test, review, and document software
- Ability to critically review and improve AI-generated code for production readiness
Responsibilities
- Build backend services and APIs for campaigns, creator matching, marketplace operations, and payments
- Design domain models, database schemas, and service boundaries
- Build background jobs that handle concurrency, retries, and failures reliably
- Contribute to web, Android, and iOS features requiring end-to-end ownership
- Improve deployments, CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, backups, and recovery
- Debug issues across application code, databases, infrastructure, and third-party APIs
- Make pragmatic architecture decisions while shipping quickly
- Use AI coding agents throughout development
