Job summary
Own and evolve internal platforms, cloud infrastructure, identity and access management, and security compliance for digital healthcare systems. Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and GitLab; deploy infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform; and establish ISO 27001 and BSI C5 frameworks across sovereign cloud environments and clinical data centers.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT administration, systems engineering, or platform operations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and IAM protocols, including RBAC, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or GitLab.
- Experience building, maintaining, or auditing ISO 27001 or BSI C5 compliance frameworks or an ISMS.
- German proficiency at B2 level or higher and proficient English.
- Based in or willing to commute to Hamburg for a hybrid schedule.
- Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code tools such as PowerShell, Bash, Terraform, or Ansible.
- Background in regulated industries or healthcare is an advantage.
- Familiarity with MDM, endpoint management, or telemetry tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Azure Monitor is an advantage.
- Experience deploying and managing containerized applications with Docker, Kubernetes, or Helm is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage, optimize, and scale Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD environments, including SSO, Conditional Access, MFA, and licensing.
- Configure and maintain developer and collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, GitHub, GitLab, and Microsoft 365.
- Deploy and support infrastructure across clinical data centers and German cloud providers using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and GitLab CI.
- Provide internal platform support, user administration, and system configuration.
- Design, implement, and document RBAC, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM integrations.
- Build and lead BSI C5 and ISO 27001 compliance frameworks, ISMS design, and audit readiness, aligned with ISO 13485.
- Maintain structured, audit-ready security documentation.
- Automate onboarding and offboarding, license tracking, and security enforcement.
- Monitor system telemetry, configure alerts, and troubleshoot proactively to support high availability.
- Manage IT vendor relationships and SaaS licensing efficiency.
