Job summary
Lead the GitHub Enterprise ecosystem, ensuring reliability, security, and usability. Define platform standards, improve developer efficiency, and collaborate with various teams.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering
- Deep experience coordinating GitHub Enterprise Server and/or GitHub Enterprise Cloud at scale
- Strong programming or scripting skills in Python, Java, or similar languages
- Experience integrating GitHub with CI/CD, artifact, and quality or security tooling
- Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts
- Strong solving and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve eBa***’s GitHub Enterprise platform
- Define and implement platform standards for repositories, branching, code review, and policy enforcement
- Partner closely with Identity and Security teams to strengthen access management
- Build automation, APIs, bots, and tools guided by rules
- Improve platform reliability through monitoring, logging, alerting, incident response, and root-cause analysis
- Lead upgrades, migrations, and multi-functional platform improvements
