Job summary

Develops and operates cloud-based software solutions with Go, taking responsibility for service quality from design through production. The role also covers cloud architecture, integration with heterogeneous systems, and container operations with Docker and Kubernetes. It implements authentication using OIDC, SAML, and JWT, automates infrastructure with Terraform, and builds deployment pipelines with GitHub Workflows for financial-services projects.

• Several years of Go software development experience, including Context, Generics, unit and end-to-end testing, goroutines, and channels.
• Several years of experience operating containerized applications.
• Experience architecting cloud-based applications and integrating them with heterogeneous systems.
• Knowledge of OIDC, SAML, and JWT, with practical experience using Azure App Registrations and Enterprise Applications.
• Knowledge of Linux scripting and command-line tools.
• Experience with GitHub Workflows and Terraform.
• Proficiency with cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes environments in DevOps or GitOps contexts.
• Native-level German and good English.

Responsibilities

• Develop performant Go services using test-driven development and ensure quality from design through production.
• Design cloud-based application architectures and integrate them with heterogeneous systems.
• Operate and optimize containerized applications in Docker and Kubernetes environments using DevOps and GitOps practices.
• Implement authentication and authorization solutions using OIDC, SAML, and JWT, including Azure App Registrations and Enterprise Applications.
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform and develop build and deployment pipelines with GitHub Workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving authentication, networks, build tools, and container runtimes.
