Support the development and management of various cloud services while enhancing service efficiency.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of configuration management systems like Puppet, Chef, Ansible
- Experience in site reliability engineering, systems engineering, or DevOps
- Experience in network capture and systems troubleshooting
- Experience building scripts and automation for large-scale environments
Responsibilities
- Proactively solve potential problems and inefficiencies
- Communicate and collaborate to deliver results with minimal supervision
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for high severity issues
- Analyze dashboards and investigate metrics for improvements
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and runbooks
- Discuss new approaches to automate operational issues and develop solutions
