Responsibilities

• Support assessment of customer infrastructure and technical requirements
• Help build and improve AWS cloud environments
• Contribute to cloud migration and optimisation activities
• Apply DevOps principles and automation techniques
• Assist with infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines
• Investigate technical issues and provide support
• Automate operational tasks and common support issues
• Build proofs of concept for new technologies
• Consider trade-offs between technical and customer requirements
• Help teams improve through DevOps practices
• Identify engineering tasks and prioritise backlog
• Collaborate with engineers and customer teams
• Document configurations and engineering processes
• Participate in workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Develop understanding of emerging cloud technologies
