Job summary

Responsible for overall organization within the office and reception area, ensuring efficient service for customers, and leading a team of seven to ten employees.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a leader in the office sector, ideally in the IT industry
• Enjoy working in a creative environment and contributing ideas for continuous improvement
• Strong MS Office skills and IT affinity
• Service-oriented with flexibility to succeed in a dynamic business area
• Structured, organized, and conscientious personality with strong quality awareness and assertiveness
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance
• Very good German skills and French and/or English skills (Level B2) are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and high-quality service center for customers
• Lead and develop a team of seven to ten employees
• Continuously optimize processes while scaling the business area
• Organize internal and external meetings, workshops, and events
• Implement smaller projects and actively participate in larger initiatives
• Manage various internal services such as personnel administration, travel management, and vehicle management
• Provide administrative support to the management team
• Conduct research and create reports, statistics, and presentations
