- Led infrastructure, platform, or SRE teams with accountability for production reliability
- Deep Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform experience in enterprise settings
- Shipped infrastructure that customers deploy and run
- Real security depth
- Treat cloud cost as an engineering responsibility
- Built incident response processes
- Comfortable as a technical peer with senior engineers
- Ability to document processes

Responsibilities
- Own the reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness of cloud infrastructure
- Lead the technical launch of dedicated single-tenant hosting offering
- Own Helm charts and Terraform provider as products
- Own CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code processes
- Make cloud cost an engineering discipline
- Lead security posture in practice
- Own formal incident response processes
- Define production-ready standards
- Grow and develop the Platform Infrastructure team
- Partner with engineering and product teams
