Responsibilities

• Assist with development, building, and maintenance of technologies and software products
• Resolve standard problems and provide technical assistance
• Perform user account administration and implement security improvements
• Adopt and apply Incident, Change, and Problem Management lifecycles
• Support Audit & Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management frameworks
• Perform implementation and troubleshooting activities
• Support testing by performing technical failure/recovery scenarios
• Support Production out-of-hours 24/7 On-Call Rota
• Develop relationships with key suppliers for defect raising and support
• Ensure documentation and artefacts are developed and maintained
• Learn and apply Vocalink's Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
