Job summary

Lei*** is seeking an experienced ICS/SCADA & Critical Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in Reston, Virginia. The role involves conducting strategic facility analysis and solving complex challenges related to industrial control systems in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess an in-scope and active TS/SCI Polygraph clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience with industrial control systems and/or complex building management systems.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems.
• Strong background in control systems and electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Experience with complex industrial process controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior government officials.

Responsibilities

• Use tradecraft exploitation tools, intelligence sources, and engineering expertise to characterize selected facilities.
• Provide engineering insight and technical judgment throughout the characterization process to produce accurate intelligence assessments.
• Develop formal products and deliverables that meet customer requirements.
• Support the development of innovative approaches to solve complex engineering challenges.
• Brief senior officials on capability trends, findings, and analytical assessments.
