Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, administration and optimisation of Microsoft 365 and cloud services.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on Microsoft 365 products and cloud technologies.
• Support planning and delivery of cloud migration projects.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate cloud and on-premise technologies.
• Monitor cloud capacity, licensing, and service performance.
• Drive continuous improvement of digital services.
