IM DevSecOps Engineer (w/m/d)

Job summary

HENSOLDT is seeking an IM DevSecOps Engineer for the "Design & Development" area. The role involves installing and maintaining DevSecOps toolchain components, integrating security into the software development lifecycle, and automating security checks in CI/CD pipelines. The position is available in Ulm, Taufkirchen, or Immenstaad.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps and IT security, ideally with a focus on DevSecOps
• Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform)
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Profound knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g., OWASP, ISO 27001)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and strong communication skills
• Very good German and English language skills

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain modules, components, and software artifacts within the DevSecOps toolchain
• Integrate security aspects into the entire software development lifecycle (DevSecOps)
• Automate security checks and processes in CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve security vulnerabilities
• Implement and operate security and monitoring tools
• Analyze incidents and develop countermeasures
• Advise and train colleagues on best practices
