Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Automation Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments to drive automation, efficiency, and infrastructure engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Infrastructure Automation Engineer in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments
• Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS, billing, charging, or telecom platforms
• Strong experience with automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with cloud and infrastructure technologies
• Understanding of governance, compliance, privacy, and security requirements
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions for BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments
• Support modernization initiatives for banking systems, citizen services platforms, OSS/BSS systems, billing platforms, and telecom infrastructure
• Build Infrastructure as Code, automation frameworks, and self-service capabilities
• Implement automation for provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and operational support
• Support telecom infrastructure, customer platforms, network operations, and 5G environments
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams
• Improve infrastructure reliability, efficiency, and operational performance
• Implement observability, monitoring, and automation frameworks
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement and infrastructure standardization efforts
