Qualifications

• 10-14 years in Infrastructure Technologies delivery
• Effective communication of technical concepts
• Collaborative work with virtual and in-person teams
• Experience in Financial Services or complex environments preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytic and diagnostic skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation for infrastructure tasks
• Automate application framework and middleware setup
• Create project plans and perform impact analyses
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis post service restoration
• Define infrastructure-as-code specifications
• Understand Virtual IP, Load Balancers, and Firewalls
• Provide technical direction and mentorship
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes
• Utilize Unix/Linux for environment setups and debugging
• Contribute to strategic technical decisions
• Operate with limited supervision on automation initiatives
• Engage with stakeholders as a Subject Matter Expert
• Coordinate automation activities with cross-functional teams
• Work with Service Now change management processes
• Develop documentation for automated processes
