Job summary

As an Infrastructure/Cloud Architect at Kyndryl, you will design and guide cloud, Linux platform, container, and edge infrastructure architecture for client software engineering environments. This role focuses on cloud-edge engineering, Kubernetes, DevOps integration, and platform readiness, collaborating with various teams to ensure operational readiness and engineering enablement.

Qualifications

• understanding of Data Center systems, storage, networking, security, applications, and databases
• knowledge of systems and solutions architecture
• hands-on experience with Data Center technologies and cloud software
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ability to interact confidently with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• design cloud and platform architecture for engineering workloads
• support cloud implementation workstreams with various engineering roles
• provide guidance on scalability, reliability, automation, and operational readiness
• collaborate with software, DevOps, testing, and support teams
• work within customer-provided cloud platforms and governance frameworks
