Job summary

For*** is seeking an Infrastructure Cloud Engineer to maintain and support Microsoft cloud platforms. This hands-on role involves working with Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 to ensure a secure and resilient cloud environment that supports business operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft Azure IaaS environments
• Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure services
• Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of identity and access management principles
• Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure issues
• Windows Server administration experience
• PowerShell scripting skills
• Understanding of Azure security and governance best practices

Responsibilities

• Support and develop Microsoft Azure infrastructure services
• Monitor, maintain and optimise cloud platforms
• Manage core infrastructure resources including virtual machines and storage
• Support security controls and secure configuration practices
• Assist with identity and access management through Microsoft Entra ID
• Contribute to vulnerability remediation and compliance initiatives
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support across Azure technologies
• Support cloud migrations and infrastructure improvement projects
• Identify opportunities to improve automation and service quality
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network Engineering, and Service Desk teams
• Contribute to technical evaluations and implementation planning
• Translate technical challenges into business-focused solutions
