Job summary

The Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer is tasked with implementing, operating, and enhancing cloud and on-premises infrastructure services to ensure their availability, reliability, and security. This role involves managing technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Windows Server, while supporting cloud modernization initiatives through automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional certifications are desirable
• 3+ years of experience supporting cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments
• Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-assisted tools
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, operate, and continuously improve cloud and on-premises infrastructure services
• Administer and optimize infrastructure technologies
• Manage the infrastructure lifecycle
• Support cloud adoption and modernization initiatives
• Ensure the availability, performance, reliability, security, and operational stability of infrastructure services
• Deploy, configure, and operate infrastructure using approved automation
• Maintain backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity team to implement security controls
• Support networking services
• Support the infrastructure requirements of enterprise cloud, data, analytics, AI, and business application platforms
• Leverage approved AI-assisted tools to improve troubleshooting
• Maintain infrastructure documentation
• Contribute to infrastructure projects, audits, service improvements
