Job summary

Hapimag is seeking an enthusiastic Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to join their IT team in Steinhausen, Switzerland. The role involves managing infrastructure, providing 3rd level support, designing network security architecture, and participating in a 24/7 on-call service.

Qualifications

• Solid education with a University degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Cloud, Infrastructure and/or Security
• Proven technical knowledge in the fields mentioned above
• Mindset: solution-oriented team player with a hands-on mentality
• Confident communication in German and fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize physical and virtual servers
• Manage Microsoft Core Services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
• Act as the highest escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
• Drive proactive monitoring and alerting concepts
• Design secure network topologies involving firewalls, load balancers, VPCs, and routing protocols
• Define technical guidelines, including naming conventions, IPAM, and system hardening measures
• Actively participate in the 24/7 IT on-call service
