Infrastructure DevOps Analyst

Job summary

Designs and maintains scalable Python applications and DevOps platforms for microservices deployed on OpenShift and Kubernetes. The role builds CI/CD pipelines, automates testing and releases, monitors and troubleshoots production systems using Kibana and Grafana, and supports SDLC standards, risk controls, and team mentorship.

Qualifications

• Typically four or more years of experience in application development, DevOps, or platform engineering
• Strong Python 3.x proficiency, including Anaconda, and excellent debugging skills
• Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in shell scripting
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes and microservice architectures
• Exposure to service mesh architecture
• Experience with Kibana and Grafana
• Understanding of SDLC processes and DevOps methodologies
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines
• Deploy, debug, and monitor OpenShift and Kubernetes infrastructure
• Develop and maintain scalable Python applications for microservices
• Create and maintain unit and integration tests
• Monitor container logs and troubleshoot production issues
• Optimize application performance and stability
• Manage SDLC processes, application promotions, and releases
• Mentor analysts and advise stakeholders
• Define and implement operating standards and DevOps best practices
• Assess and mitigate risks and manage control issues
