Brahma AI is seeking a Lead Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to manage a team of engineers responsible for high-performance GPU infrastructure and multi-cloud setups.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing a team of 5+ engineers.
• Hands-on experience with GPU-intensive workloads.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and multi-cloud environments.
• Experience in high-performance storage architectures.
• Strong background in cloud cost governance and vendor interaction.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 7 engineers.
• Drive agile delivery and sprint planning.
• Establish best practices for Reliability Engineering and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Act as a technical bridge between teams.
• Manage GPU clusters across a multi-cloud ecosystem.
• Oversee infrastructure consumption and cost control.
• Manage high-throughput storage and caching solutions.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for incidents.
• Standardise platform deployments using Infrastructure as Code.
• Ensure compliance with industry security standards.
