Job summary

Evelyn Partners is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join their Infrastructure Operations team in Liverpool. The role involves providing third-line technical support across various infrastructure services and contributing to technology change initiatives while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience working as a third-line Infrastructure Engineer or equivalent
• Broad Microsoft infrastructure experience
• Experience supporting cloud and hybrid infrastructure
• Experience with monitoring tools, networking and firewall concepts
• Experience supporting security remediation activity
• Experience working with CAB/change management processes

Responsibilities

• Provide third-line technical support across infrastructure services
• Support infrastructure delivery for projects, service transitions, migrations, decommissioning activity and integration work
• Take ownership of assigned remediation and operational tasks
• Assess technical impact, risk and dependencies for infrastructure changes
• Support internal and external security, compliance and audit activity
• Respond to audit evidence requests by gathering and validating infrastructure data
