Experienced Infrastructure Engineer needed for complex infrastructure challenges and endpoint fleet management.

Qualifications

• Experience in second-line infrastructure or systems administration
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration
• Experience with network infrastructure including Cisco/Meraki
• Understanding of hybrid cloud environments
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Intune for Windows and macOS devices
• Design and maintain compliance policies and app deployment packages
• Manage Windows Autopilot provisioning and device enrolment workflows
• Monitor endpoint health using Intune Endpoint Analytics
• Act as escalation point for complex endpoint issues
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, managing user lifecycle and access controls
• Maintain Entra ID conditional access policies
• Support privileged identity management and access reviews
• Manage patch cycles and vulnerability remediation for servers
• Support cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure
• Manage backup and recovery processes
• Administer network infrastructure including Cisco/Meraki and firewalls
• Troubleshoot complex network issues
• Contribute to network design for new sites
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation
• Leverage Microsoft Power Automate for IT processes
• Drive improvements to infrastructure reliability and security
• Participate in Change and Problem Management processes
• Contribute to IT infrastructure projects
• Mentor first-line engineers
