Job summary
The Infrastructure Engineer plans, implements, and maintains infrastructure for enterprise and external business systems, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, VPN, cybersecurity, IT, and communications. The role also supports DevOps adoption, infrastructure projects, ITIL practices, and tier 2 operations help desk requests. Relevant technologies include Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes and container architectures, PowerShell or Bash, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience in infrastructure administration or engineering, site reliability, enterprise systems administration, DevOps, cloud engineering, or a similar role
- Three to five years of security experience
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and container architectures
- Familiarity with PowerShell and/or Bash scripting
- Experience with Microsoft 365 infrastructure
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Meet and maintain the requirements for authorized drivers under the fleet driving policy
Responsibilities
- Contribute to infrastructure planning to support enterprise and external business systems
- Implement and maintain enterprise networks, servers, cloud platforms, VPN, cybersecurity, IT, and communications systems
- Maintain technologies that support DevOps adoption by development and infrastructure teams
- Participate in network and operations projects and support timely completion
- Resolve tier 2 operations and infrastructure help desk issues and requests
- Adhere to and promote ITIL practices
