Infrastructure Engineer

Adzuna is seeking a commercially-minded Infrastructure Engineer to architect and manage containerized environments, focusing on Kubernetes orchestration and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Infrastructure, DevOps, Platform, or SRE Engineer.
• Strong consistency and simplicity skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively.
• Solid knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes.
• Fluency in scripting and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong grounding in cloud networking and security practices.
• Ability to architect complex systems.
• Good documentation habits.
• Commercial mindset focused on business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Bridge cloud infrastructure and business needs.
• Write Terraform to manage AWS resources.
• Automate manual, repetitive work.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters using ArgoCD and Helm.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Build monitoring and logging for services.
• Ensure high uptime and optimize cloud costs.
• Collaborate with engineering team to improve development cycle.
• Maintain consistency and simplicity in solutions.
