Job summary
The Infrastructure Engineer maintains and improves enterprise systems that support business operations, while helping unify communications, messaging, and identity services. Responsibilities include resolving IT incidents, administering Windows and Linux servers, managing support queues, and supporting on-premises Active Directory, DNS, VMware, firewalls, routing, and Azure or third-party identity solutions. The role also requires automation scripting and configuration management, ITIL-based operations, and experience with enterprise storage, performance tuning, capacity management, and replication.

Qualifications
- At least 8 years of Systems Administration/Engineering experience.
- 7-10 years configuring, automating, and managing Windows and Linux operating systems.
- 5-7 years of automation scripting experience, including PowerShell and configuration-as-code tools.
- Experience with enterprise storage across multiple operating systems and environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL V4+ Foundation and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education, training, and experience.
Responsibilities
- Resolve IT incidents with high-quality, responsive, and consistent service.
- Deploy and administer Windows and Linux servers.
- Manage daily operations of infrastructure incident support queues.
- Support on-premises Active Directory, DNS, VMware, firewalls, and routing.
- Support Azure or third-party identity and user management solutions.
- Help unify communications, messaging, and identity platforms.
- Provide escalation support to the Service Desk within an ITIL model.
