Job summary
AIS is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer for an AI Engineering contract supporting a federal customer. This is a remote role focused on developing and deploying software in government environments, setting up data validation, and establishing and maintaining schemas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or closely related degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Data Engineering
- Experience with Python, pandas, pandera, SQL, Postgres, Databricks, and Spark
- Strong Python background
- Strong experience working with messy data and disparate data sources
- Experience establishing and maintaining schemas
- Experience setting up data validation steps
- Comfortable working with large data workflows (100GB+)
- Active Secret Clearance
