Job summary
Maintains and develops enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, supporting reliable and secure digital services. The role manages server, storage, network, Azure and Microsoft 365 environments; addresses vulnerabilities; supports disaster recovery and business continuity; and resolves complex issues affecting critical services. It also contributes to infrastructure projects and compliance with PSN and PCI DSS.

Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure in a complex organisation
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server, Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Experience with networking, storage, backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Knowledge of SQL Server administration
- Experience supporting cloud or hybrid environments
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Relevant Microsoft or networking technical qualifications are desirable
Responsibilities
- Maintain server, storage, network and cloud infrastructure
- Manage and develop Microsoft environments, including Azure and Microsoft 365
- Apply patches and updates and remediate vulnerabilities
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity arrangements
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues affecting critical services
- Contribute to infrastructure upgrades, projects and service improvements
- Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable services
- Support compliance with PSN and PCI DSS
- Monitor emerging technologies and advise on improvements
