Job summary
The Infrastructure Engineer will support a broad range of enterprise infrastructure, working independently and with the team, including occasional travel across EMEA and the USA. Requires a minimum of five years of infrastructure support and engineering experience, with a focus on documentation and ITIL processes.
Qualifications
- Numerate and literate
- Strong understanding of change, problem and incident management
- Experience balancing time between BAU and projects
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and project management methodologies advantageous
- Contributed to infrastructure projects including refreshes, relocations, upgrades and deployments
Responsibilities
- Support a broad range of enterprise infrastructure independently and with the team
- Design resilient, secure and performant infrastructure solutions with architecture team
- Resolve incidents and problems, owning issues in specialized technology areas
- Work professionally and to high standards, applying industry best practices
