Job summary
Design, implement, support, and optimise infrastructure across Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SaaS platforms, databases, security systems, and business-critical applications, including legacy environments. Responsibilities span solution delivery, infrastructure ownership, security and resilience improvements, scripting and automation, cloud migrations, upgrades, and modernisation in collaboration with application, technology, and business teams.

Qualifications
- Experience with Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and SaaS platforms.
- Experience with Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and operational support.
- Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance practices.
- Experience with SIEM or security monitoring solutions.
- Experience with SQL Server and supporting database infrastructure.
- Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, SQL, or similar technologies.
- Experience with infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and legacy system modernisation.
- National Police Check required before commencing.
- Working with Children Blue Card required before commencing.
- Licensed Care Service (Child Protection) licence, or ability to acquire one, required before commencing.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support infrastructure solutions across Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Own core infrastructure platforms and services.
- Strengthen security, governance, monitoring, and operational resilience.
- Automate manual processes using scripting and automation.
- Support cloud migrations, platform upgrades, and infrastructure modernisation.
- Partner with application, technology, and business teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Consider technical and business impacts when making infrastructure decisions.
