Job summary
Develops and delivers scalable, secure agentic solutions using Microsoft Copilot and related AI technologies, while helping build engineering capability in agent design and implementation. The role integrates solutions with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and enterprise systems, defines reusable patterns, and contributes to infrastructure design, orchestration and operational governance for services supporting more than 100,000 users.

Qualifications
- Experience integrating Microsoft 365 workloads, such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Power Platform, using Power Automate or Logic Apps
- Experience using Microsoft Graph, JSON, REST APIs and connectors
- Experience managing data security and permissions in Microsoft 365 environments
- Understanding of AI copilots, including prompts, responses and grounding in organisational data
- Experience designing and delivering AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot or comparable platforms, including agents, copilots or intelligent automation
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure and deploy agents, copilots and intelligent automation solutions
- Design scalable agentic solutions integrated with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and enterprise systems
- Define reusable solution patterns and promote consistent implementation
- Contribute to infrastructure design for running agentic solutions at scale
- Ensure solutions are secure, resilient, reliable and operationally robust
- Design, build and test services supporting more than 100,000 users
