• Triage cyber and security tickets
• Review alerts and support investigations using Microsoft Defender
• Manage and update tickets using ServiceNow
• Support assurance processes and review DPIAs
• Maintain policies, standards, and staff guidance
• Collaborate with IT and service teams
• Record risks and escalate issues
