Job summary
As an Infrastructure Engineer / DevOps Engineer - Infrastructure Automation, you will focus on systematically automating infrastructure, reducing manual processes, and building scalable platforms. You will work closely with SRE, DevOps, and infrastructure colleagues to create a stable, automated environment and relieve development teams.

Qualifications
- Very good German language skills at a minimum C1 level, both written and spoken
- Experience in Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
- Very good knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code and automation
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or comparable tools
- Knowledge of CI/CD, GitOps, and modern deployment processes
- Ideally, experience with multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructures
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of making things simpler and more automated
- Ideally, programming skills in Golang, Python, or comparable technologies
Responsibilities
- Systematically automate infrastructure, reduce manual processes, and build scalable platforms
- Reduce recurring tasks, relieve development teams, and create a stable, automated environment
- Automate infrastructure and recurring processes with Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or similar technologies
- Develop, standardize, and scale Infrastructure-as-Code solutions
- Build automated platforms and self-service structures
- Further develop and standardize Kubernetes platforms
- Develop and optimize CI/CD processes and deployment automation
- Reduce manual activities through automation, standardization, and platform approaches
- Optimize infrastructure for scalability, security, cost, and performance
- Support infrastructure modernization, cloud integration, and platform projects
