Infrastructure Engineer

Job summary

Build and operate the production cloud platform supporting product and AI-agent workloads, improving reliability, observability, deployment safety, and developer experience as usage grows. The role includes maintaining infrastructure and shared services, creating CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code workflows with rollback paths, establishing service-level indicators and runbooks, and investigating incidents, capacity, performance, and resource efficiency.

• Experience building and operating production cloud systems.
• Ability to write maintainable automation and tooling.
• Ability to diagnose failures, prioritize risks, and improve system observability and recovery.
• Understanding of engineers' platform needs and ability to build usable interfaces and workflows.
• Ability to automate infrastructure, diagnose distributed-system failures, and apply incident learnings.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, containers, and cloud networking.
• Experience operating AI workloads, distributed job systems, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with Terraform or comparable infrastructure-as-code tools and cloud observability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cloud infrastructure, deployment environments, and shared services for product and agent workloads.
• Establish service-level indicators, actionable alerts, and runbooks for diagnosing and recovering from failures.
• Build repeatable CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code workflows with tested changes and predictable rollback paths.
• Create tools, environments, and documentation that improve development and production operations.
• Investigate incidents, plan capacity, and improve performance and resource efficiency as usage grows.
