Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Technical troubleshooter with a focus on complex issues.
• Strong Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Experience supporting Azure environments and cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with Hyper-V or similar virtualization technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure and networking issues.
• Previous experience as a senior technical escalation point.
• Strong Infrastructure Engineer or 3rd Line Support background.
• Methodical and analytical problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows Server, Hyper-V, and Azure environments.
• Act as a senior escalation point for technical issues.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and platform-related issues.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and availability.
• Support cloud, storage, and virtual infrastructure platforms.
• Implement security, maintenance, and patching activities.
• Provide technical guidance to the Service Desk team.
• Contribute to infrastructure improvements and automation opportunities.
