Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Border and Trade platforms across all environments
• Track and manage environments and associated assets
• Coordinate and assure patching and security activities
• Own the management of cyber vulnerabilities and risks
• Support the maintenance and improvement of environment and monitoring tooling
• Develop and maintain clear processes, documentation and standards
• Act as a point of coordination for incidents and service issues
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
• Take an active role in FinOps and cost optimisation activities
