• Make significant decisions for projects with multiple technologies
• Design, implement, and maintain resilient collaboration solutions
• Manage identity and access configurations for external users
• Evaluate and onboard new SaaS collaboration tools
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement fixes for recurring issues
